Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time — we'll announce when it is.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our California facility.

Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your USPS/UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the confirmation.
Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak periods (holidays, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@yosaelab.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
Address Changes We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
